Hiring in a Post-Pandemic World

Employment Technologies has once again been listed among Orlando Business Journal’s Top Technology Companies in the Orlando business periodical’s 2021 list on March 25.

Employment Technologies’ inclusion in the Top Technology Companies list marks the sixth consecutive year the company has been honored as one of the region’s technological leaders by Orlando Business Journal. The list includes 32 leading technology companies from the six-county Central Florida metropolitan area, including Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Volusia, Brevard, and Lake counties.

The 2021 Top Technology list was compiled from leading Central Florida technology companies in fields ranging from defense industrialization to fast-growing internet technology services. The list includes companies such as L3Harris Technologies, Electronic Arts, Dignitas Technologies, Design Interactive, and other area companies whose services are anchored in technology.

Employment Technologies serves clientele throughout North America with simulation-based human resource tools that provide a predictive and effective approach to verifying and improving the capabilities and skills of potential employees. The human resources industry’s leading trade publication, Human Resource Executive, has nationally acknowledged Employment Technologies’ simulation testing products as “Top HR Product of the Year” five different times.

“We have worked hard to anticipate the numerous technological changes that have evolved over the past few years,” noted Employment Technologies’ Joseph Sefcik, founder and president. “In 2020, the impact of the COVID pandemic, for example, accelerated dependence on online communication, including remote work and remote hiring. Our ability to deliver powerful, effective virtual hiring solutions during this challenging time has enabled our clients to continue to hire and onboard the best talent without missing a beat.”
