Customer Service Week, October 2-6, celebrates its Silver Anniversary.
The weeklong business-centric celebration, which began in the United States 25 years ago, is now recognized by the U.S. Congress. Since its inception in 1992, the observance of Customer Service Week has spilled across our borders and is now denoted in more than 60 countries around the world.
The purpose of Customer Service Week is to underscore the importance of customer service and the people who serve and support customers every single day.
This year the theme for Customer Service Week, Building Trust™, emphasizes the importance of forming – and maintaining – strong, productive, lasting relationships with customers and co-workers.
Trust denotes a special relationship between our customers and us.
Former President Ronald Reagan was fond of saying “Trust, but verify.”
At Employment Technologies, we are super-sensitive to the notion that trust is a quality that we must earn.
We also believe that once trust is afforded our company, we have an obligation to maintain that trust.
Our customers rely on us to deliver effective, reliable, and innovative hiring solutions. And it is up to our company to not only meet these expectations, but to exceed them.
So how do we seek to exceed expectations?
We are continually searching for ways to improve and expand on what we are already providing our clients.
We work hard to anticipate technological changes that impact how people interact with changing work environments and how they communicate.
Employment Technologies continues to lead the industry in innovations which not only simplify the hiring process, they improve it! Our job simulations and virtual hiring technologies reduce the time and cost to hire, while delivering unparalleled accuracy in identifying the best new talent.
To illustrate, check out our newly redesigned EASy Simulation® SimulTask that accurately assesses candidate’s ability to multitask in fast-paced work environments, and our mobile-friendly EASyView® Virtual Interview that expands your access to quality candidates with the easiest automated interview platform available!
Maintaining trust is as important as earning trust.
Customer Service Week reminds us that our customers’ trust doesn’t stop with just having earned trust. Trust requires a deep commitment to providing quality products and stellar customer service every single day.
That sense of commitment that originally earned your trust remains at the forefront of everything we do.
We join you in celebrating Customer Service Week, understanding the overarching role our customers play in making our business, and others like us, successful.
We are grateful for your partnership.
