Pioneer in simulation technology for employment testing serves in sponsorship role, shares innovations in simulation-based testing for the workplace

Employment Technologies, the world’s leading innovator in the use of simulation technology for talent prediction, recently participated in the 2016 Florida Simulation Summit. The annual event, co-hosted by Orange County Mayor Teresa Jacobs and The National Center for Simulation, was held on September 22, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.

Focusing on “Increasing Awareness for Commercial Applications of Simulation,” the one-day gathering revolved around Florida’s burgeoning multi-billion dollar modeling, simulation and training (MS&T) industry and included industry leaders from the health services, education, engineering, sports industries and related businesses already relying on simulation in their businesses.

Employment Technologies, whose leadership in simulation technology for employee assessment has gained national recognition, participated as a sponsor for the Florida Simulation Summit with a four-person team, led by Joseph Sefcik, founder and president.

“Florida is becoming the world capital of simulation, a notion that is reinforced by the presence of internationally-recognized companies that now participate in this event,” said Sefick. “The growing acceptance of simulation as a means of enhancing business is attracting significant attention, as denoted by the presence of leaders from industries ranging from healthcare and education to government.”
