Employment simulation pioneer ranked alongside Central Florida’s largest employers, leading economic drivers
Employment Technologies, the global leader in simulation technology for pre-employment testing and talent assessment, has been included in the regional ranking of Orlando Business Journal’s Best Places to Work. The list was announced by the Orlando business weekly newspaper on June 30, 2017.
“Recognition as one of our area’s best places to work is gratifying to our entire organization,” said Employment Technologies Joseph Sefcik, founder and president. “Our employees embrace a team approach that values and respects the contributions and success of each of us. We are a culture of ‘we’ and that shared philosophy has enabled Employment Technologies to further the success of both ourselves and, more importantly, the capabilities of our customers.”
The Orlando Business Journal list is compiled from among companies with ten or more eligible employees in Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake, Volusia or Brevard counties in Central Florida.
Selections for the Best Places to Work list are administered by an independent market research company and are based on each firm’s score on an anonymous employee engagement survey. The evaluation criteria measure workplace satisfaction in categories ranging from employee alignment with company goals to managerial effectiveness.
