Employment Technologies, headquartered in Winter Park, Florida, has been honored as a 2026 Top 100 Technology Team Award winner by OnConferences, a global community of leading business executives in twelve key categories ranging from human resources and marketing to technology and legal affairs.
Employment Technologies selection was announced on October 27 during the OnCon Virtual Awards Ceremony conducted online before a global audience.
The OnCon Icon Top 100 Awards are peer and community voted awards, honoring individuals and teams whose work has made a meaningful impact on the communities they serve.
Thousands of votes are tallied to identify the winners of the annual OnCon team awards, including the Technology Team Category for which Employment Technologies was named. The OnConferences community is predominantly composed of C-Level and VP-Level leaders from prominent organizations globally.
The Employment Technologies technology team was selected based on four key criteria considered in the selection of the Top 100 teams:

- The team leader has demonstrated exceptional leadership
