New look, new branding, new website debut as leading simulation company heads into third decade.

Employment Technologies, the pioneer and world’s leading developer of employment simulations, is making some significant changes as the Florida-based company launches its 20th anniversary celebration.

“This year marks our 20th year in business,” said Joseph Sefcik, Jr., co-founder and president of Employment Technologies. “According to the Small Business Administration, only one-third of all start-up businesses survive 10 years or more. Those companies that make it to 20 years of existence are only a very small minority. Based on those kinds of numbers, we have plenty to celebrate.”

Employment Technologies is not standing on their laurels as they reach the 20-year mark. The company has chosen their anniversary to introduce meaningful changes which reflect the Company’s commitment to provide the best technology in the industry, and to meet and exceed the needs of their customers.

This includes:

  • Debut of a new look and brand. “The compelling new brand portrays our continuing commitment to deliver products and services that lead the industry in innovation, quality, and value,” explains Sefcik.
  • Launch of an entirely new website. Key features of the site include a fresh, modern design, an engaging user experience, and a Virtual Blog. The website also includes a gallery of success stories, highlighting how progressive organizations are using simulation to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
  • A community relations project for the City of Winter Park, in the form of themed art, featuring a community element that previously has been under-represented within the spectrum of iconic images that portray the city.

Employment Technologies’ anniversary has not gone unnoticed. Virtually all Florida’s most recognized leaders have passed along their congratulations to Employment Technologies for reaching this benchmark. “Governor Rick Scott, U.S. Senators Bill Nelson and Marco Rubio, and a host of community dignitaries have been kind enough to pass along their congratulations to our company. We were also honored with special recognition by the White House,” said Sefcik.

The secret to Employment Technologies’ success? “Our people and our customers,” said Sefcik. “We are confident that our EASy Simulations® are second to none, but without the commitment of our staff and the support of our customers, we could not have made it to one year, let alone two decades.”
