Concerned that its existing process wasn’t providing a complete picture of candidates’ readiness for the job, the bank turned to Employment Technologies. Key goals for the new solution included:
HIRE CONFIDENCE® SOLUTION
In collaboration with Employment Technologies, the first project focused on Retail Banking, conducting a comparison study of its existing bio-data assessment with an Employment Technologies’ job simulation. Results quickly showed the superiority of the skills-based simulation in predicting top performers. In addition to meeting the bank’s business needs, the simulation created a very positive candidate experience, boosted job readiness, and empowered trainers with a personalized coaching guide for each new hire.
Based on the success of the initial project, the bank soon expanded into other areas, leveraging immersive job simulations for its teams in Retail Banking, Financial Services, and Contact Center operations. This close collaboration over the years has resulted in more than 11 research studies, three new custom products, and numerous scientific advancements in the field of employment testing.
