HOW SKILTRAK WORKS
This award-winning simulation quickly and accurately predicts job candidates with skills to effectively respond to customers by email, text, or other electronic means. The assessment includes three separate skills assessments: Email composition, data entry, and keyboarding.
Leveraging our AI research in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning, SkilTrak provides immediate machine-based scoring of candidates’ email writing samples. The assessment also objectively assesses candidates’ data entry and typing/keyboarding skills in a workplace context. SkilTrak can be used with applicants to identify top performers and can be used with existing employees to target their skill strengths and development needs.

WHAT SKILTRAK MEASURES
Email Composition
Candidates receive email messages from customers with various questions or issues. Candidates look up product information and respond in writing. Spelling, grammar, vocabulary, tone, and response content are assessed. Candidate responses are automatically scored.
Data Entry
Candidates listen to a series of customer calls and process their requests. Data entry speed and accuracy are measured.
Typing
Typing speed and accuracy are measured.
